Using the media as his pawn, Mr. Trump has successfully diverted the news headlines away from Ukraine and the Epstein Matter.

The Trump 2024 campaign promised to keep the United States out of new “forever wars”.

Prior to that: Mr. Trump was quoted, “Our president (‘Obama’) will start a war with Iran because he has absolutely no ability to negotiate,” Trump said of President Obama in a shouty video clip in November 2011. “He’s weak and he’s ineffective. So the only way he figures that he’s going to get re-elected, and as sure as you’re sitting there, is to start a war with Iran.”

In December 2025, Mr. Trump ordered air strikes in al-Anbar province killing ISIL leader Abdallah Muslih al-Rafai as his “peace through strength” initiative.

Before Christmas and under the guise of protecting Nigerian Christians, Mr. Trump ordered an attack on Nigeria targeting ISIL affiliated groups in Sokoto State.

First Mr. Trump stated, “I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success”.

Were they?

Now it appears Mr. Trump in getting his guidance from Isreal. Did the United States then outsourced its foreign policy to Isreal, in launching an attack on Iran?

Mr. Trump is exercising his power and desire for headlines, and with his excessive pride, arrogance, and overconfidence, possibly leading him to overestimate his abilities and importance, disregard rules, and often ignore warnings with no logical conclusion, the United States is at war.

Yet. Mr. Trump remains silent, as Russia continues its relentless bombardment and destruction of Ukraine.

It seems, Mr. Trumps likes to play bully with the less powerful, however not with his buddy, Mr. Putin.

From your quote about Mr. Obama, Mr. Trump, it seems that you have “no ability to negotiate” and need the diversion to be relevant.

Hopefully, this is not just another diversionary tactic by Mr. Trump, to avoid the Epstein debacle!!

Just a thought.
